Lesson Rates

We now have two places to stay.  The lower and upper apartments are now available for renting while either taking lessons, or just coming down to hang out. While staying in either place, you can jump in the 5 person hot tub, or hang out on the upper deck overlooking the lake.

Rates are below:

Lower Apartment: $75 per night Total

Come stay at the 900 square foot Lower apartment attached to Geno's Home on Lake Lulu in Winter Haven. 

1 Queen sized Bed - 1 Full sized bed - 1 Pull out Couch - 1 Cot       

20X11 Bedroom, Full Kitchen / 20X20 Living room, laundry room, right on the Lake. Comes with a water purifier, saving you $ on bottled water.

Upper Apartment: $60 per night Total

This is a bit cosier, with just about 300 square feet of living space.  It has a main room, which doubles as a bedroom, which has two queen sized futon beds, a kitchen with full stove, microwave, and fridge with purified water, and a full service bathroom, including tub and shower. Overlooks the lake with a patio for your use.

Bring your own boat and stay, or just enjoy the scenary for $60-$75 per night. Park the boat on the beach!
